Gentle Hugs

Gentle Hugs is a phrase expressing that when a person has a disease like Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, or Fibromyalgia, sometimes one can be in so much pain that even a hug hurts. I no longer feel that way, but I do remember a time when this certainly did apply. It’s hard for me to even imagine it now, strange enough…….and my story is quite unique. This is part of why I started this blog. But I mainly began this blog to open up discussion and to be one of the many people on the Internet who inspires.

  1. Am just wondering if you are okay I really like reading your website and noticed you haven’t changed or added since 2012 I miss it

  2. This page definitely has all of the information I
needed about this subject and didn’t know who to ask.

  3. Thank you for asking, he is doing remarkably well. It is 10 days since surgery and according to the assessment team prior to leaving the hosp and his visiting nurse we are on the right track – most incredible of all is that he has no pain. I’m looking forward to checking with Biomedic Labs in a few weeks after drs. visits to see what supplements might be helpful, and again I thank you for this website and all of the valuable information not just for RA but for so many other ailments and illnesses.
The information re: sb 510 actually came from a naturopathic dr. here in Pittsburgh, Dr. James Winer, who broadcasts radio programs a few times a week. His program is always interesting and informative. Glad you Voted!
    Hugs to you

  5. Hi Sarah-
Have been out of circulation for awhile, my other half has recently had a triple-bypass- to say the least life has been hectic. Am staying firm on ldn, supplements and enzymes. Wanted to pass along some info for all of us who have come to depend on making our own choices for our health Senate Bill 510. Please go to
http://www.HealthFreedomUSA.org and vote – The FDA among other things is attempting to deny our access to supplements. According to the website it has already passed the house. Keep up the Good Work Sarah – This is a very informative website. Joan
