Throughout this blog, I am going to talk about alternative solutions for diseases. This could include a variety of options from diet to exercise, and even drugs and supplements. This blog is really mostly about my journey and my experiences. So far, I have been extremely thrilled with my own alternative solutions and how much they have improved my life. I am hoping that through my experiences, other people can benefit.
